We find a time that works for your family and confirm what to have ready, usually just your discharge paperwork or medication list, if you have them.
Receive hands-on nursing care
Your visit happens in your home: hands-on care when clinically appropriate and provider-ordered, discharge instruction review, medication administration, caregiver education, and answers to your questions, tailored to your situation.
Leave with clear next steps
Every visit ends with written recommendations and guidance on when to contact your healthcare provider, so you know exactly what to do next.

Clear expectations from the start
HVPN is a private pay nursing practice and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid directly.
Fees are discussed during your initial conversation and provided in writing, so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Itemized receipts are available upon request. Patients should confirm any potential reimbursement or HSA/FSA eligibility directly with their plan administrator.
